Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Contact us at info@global-leather.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 24 hours.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

For size exchanges, we offer free exchange shipping. Contact us and we will arrange everything for you.

Custom/personalized orders, worn items, and items without original tags are not eligible for returns.
